About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day financial management and reporting for all companies within the Bluelab group. In this pivotal role you will ensure robust financial processes align with our strategic objectives.
A Day in the Life Would Look Like:
Collaborating with the CFO to prepare company budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance against these benchmarks.
Reporting on monthly financial insights, analysing accounts to deliver actionable recommendations to senior management and the board.
Ensuring compliance with financial control policies and managing financial risks effectively.
Overseeing the preparation of accurate management financial statements and maintaining timely reconciliations.
Managing relationships with external auditors and key finance contacts, ensuring all statutory obligations are met.
Supporting managers in interpreting financial reports to enable informed decision-making across the organization.
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably within manufacturing and exporting sectors. You will possess strong business acumen and be adept at preparing and interpreting financial reports.
You should have:
A thorough understanding of IFRS and compliance requirements.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and financial reporting.
A methodical, detail-oriented approach with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
