Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager plays a key role in getting best out of our people through systems, process, standards, intelligence and accurate financial services, achieved by ensuring seamless financial operations across the business, overseeing financial day-to-day controls, delivering precise and timely accounting, reporting, and financial analysis and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making.

About you
The ideal candidate will hold:
Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting.
CAANZ qualified or similar post graduate finance qualification
5 years commercial experience within a similar role
A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships within the business
Have a strong desire to identify and improve business process
Ability to multitask, well organised and analytical, commitment, honesty, integrity and reliability, and ability to work autonomously to deadlines.
Advanced Excel Skills
Strong organisational skills and an excellent eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and great customer service.
