About the Role
This role will be a key member of the finance leadership team, ensuring that the day to day finance function runs seamlessly. This role will manage a finance team made up of accountants and transactional staff so we are really looking for an experienced leader who can coach and develop team members.
To be considered for the role you will need to have worked in a similar commercial role in a large organisation and have managed teams of a similar size (5-10).
Key responsibilities will include the following tasks:
Oversee the operations of the finance department.
Produce high quality reporting and analysis.
Lead and mentor a team 7 in finance.
Provide support to the operational teams, ensuring that they are up to date on all things finance related.
Being technically competent and ensuring that the business is compliant with all tax regulations and IFRS standards.
Liaise and communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?
To be considered, it is essential that you are CA/CPA qualified with at least 5 years' experience in finance, ideally with 2 years in a managerial role. A Big 4 background would also be looked upon favourably.
You will be proficient in ERP systems and knowledgeable about financial standards and audit requirements, any experience using SAP would be a distinct advantage. You will be a strong communicator with a customer-focused approach and effective relationship management skills. You will be highly organised with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
You will have proven experience leading teams and mentoring staff, as well as building financial acumen across an organisation. With the business still experiencing growth, this is a real opportunity to be part of an exciting business in the years ahead.
