Our company is growing rapidly, with expansion plans in place for North America. We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team based in Birkenhead, Auckland. About the Role As Finance Manager at Comply Pro, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CFO in managing and maintaining our finance operations. You will own all business-as-usual (BAU) accounting tasks, reporting, and compliance. With one direct report, this role is integral to our growth and will significantly impact our financial health and strategic planning. What You'll Do Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.Collaborate closely with the CFO on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Take full ownership of month-end, MRR reporting, compliance, and year-end processes with minimal support.Oversee the management of recurring revenue reporting and SaaS metrics analysis.Handle payroll, GST, and ensure overall financial compliance.Generate and analyse financial reports to support data-driven decision-making.Manage the Finance tech stack, including Xero, Mosaic, and Stripe billing/reporting.Support the Sales function with billing and collaborate with Customer Success to mitigate churn, including delinquent churn.Develop and maintain company policies and procedures in line with Comply Pro's culture and values. Have the Office Manager / Finance Assistant report to you.
