Our client is an industry leading Financial Services organisation seeking to add a Finance Manager to their high-performing team.
About the Role:
The preferred profile will be someone with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring a team of direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial management, including monthly/annual reporting, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliations.
Lead the development and management of annual budgets, supporting senior management in financial planning.
Ensure compliance through internal audits whilst also partnering with external auditors when necessary.
Lead and mentor a small finance team, driving performance and development.
Key Selection Criteria:
Degree qualified and CA certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-making.
Leadership experience, with the ability to lead a finance team and promote staff development.
