Finance Manager

Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small finance team.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and management reports.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, annual, and provisional reporting for the Group.Oversee the transactional team to ensure payment targets are met.Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales, inventory, and warehouse management teams.Support the CFO with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.Participate in strategic projects and initiatives, providing financial insights and guidance.
About You5+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role, ideally in a product-based business.Proven experience in leading and developing people.CA/CPA qualified.Strong understanding of internal controls and financial regulations.Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Proactive and results-driven with a strong attention to detail.
