An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Finance Manager to join a growing Technology/Telecommunications company.
The Finance Manager role is ideal for an accounting professional with a strong background in financial management within the tech or telecom sector.
The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid work model, offering both autonomy and flexibility.
This role is based in the vibrant city of Auckland, New Zealand.What you'll do:Lead the finance team and oversee accounting systems across group companies.Manage Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, payroll, and customer billing.Ensure accurate production of all accounting reports and compliance with IFRS.Coordinate annual audits and manage daily banking relationships.Ensure global compliance with tax regulations, supported by our tax advisors.Manage the timely production and payment of all corporate and local taxes.Update and reforecast budgets for the group and its subsidiaries.Provide regular financial reporting and ensure statutory compliance.What you bring:CPA/CA certified accountant with experience in IFRS accounting standards.Over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial control at a managerial level.Previous career with Big 4 firms is highly desirable.Exposure to Tech/Telco industries is advantageous.Ability to report to Senior Leadership Team.Demonstrated leadership and team working skills.Solid business acumen, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.What's next:Ready to take the next step in your career?
