You will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing critical insights and partnering with senior management to inform strategic decision-making.This role is integral to maintaining robust financial controls, ensuring compliance with legislation, and enhancing financial reporting processes.
The business partnering aspects of the role will deliver financial analysis and insights to senior management for business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to foster growth and development.Establish positive partnering relationships internally and cross-functionally across a portfolio of entities.Support the Finance Operations Manager and wider Finance function to identify and implement long-term strategic objectives.Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis as well as providing advice to the business on complex accounting matters.Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and implement processes, policies, and systems in alignment with local legislation and best practice.So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?You are a CA-qualified finance professional with a robust foundation in financial accounting or auditing, likely gained within a professional services firm or a large multinational organization.
You are dynamic and curious, always seeking to understand the "why" and confident in exploring ideas that amplify value through processes, information, and communication.
An advocate for positive change, you are ready to inspire and guide others, including remotely located team members.With strong analytical skills, you prioritize data integrity and can effectively communicate key insights and messages to subsidiary boards and senior finance managers.
