About your new role
Working with the Senior Finance Manager, you will have responsibility for delivering quality and insightful information and act as a true Finance Business Partner.
Responsibilities include:
Manage reporting obligations including financial statements audit and tax returnsDeliver monthly consolidated management reporting including analysis and commentary for Fund ManagersPreparation and review of annual and half year statutory accounts including consolidation model, financial statements, and other reporting obligationsAssist with the preparation of investors presentation, annual reportCashflow managementPreparation of technical accounting papers and assist with Audit reviewDeliver timely and accurate tax working papers for tax returnsEnsure accurate and timely calculation and payment of distributionWorking closely with treasury, capital transaction, property services and system supports
About you?
Will hold a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)Experience leading a team in a similar financial control role working for another fast-paced large company (financial services, funds management, property) ORBe a first mover out of a leading chartered firm with relevant sector experienceYou will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial backgroundEngage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on timeEnjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders
