Reporting through to the Head of Finance – Technology, Legal and HR and working closely with our Head of Commercial Partners and CFO, you will partner with the business through the provision of timely, accurate and insightful information and advice. You will be responsible for reporting of the financial performance of operational expenditure and prioritised investments, driving the forecasting and planning process, providing advice and challenge to divisional leadership teams, and playing a pivotal role within the Commercial Partners Finance team. You will manage, influence and drive cost management discipline and resource allocation through good business practice, targeted productivity programmes, as well as benefit analysis for investment spend.Your strong business partnering approach and financial acumen is key to enable you to consult and support the business in achieving its financial targets both strategically and in management terms at senior and executive level. Your focus will be on driving performance and improved financial outcomes through disciplined cost management.For the right person, flexibility is key – work from our centrally located Auckland Britomart office and work hybrid from home.
