Finance & Insurance Manager

The Finance and Insurance Manager position will see you work rostered days between Monday and Sunday at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Newmarket, Auckland. Join our innovative and customer-focused sales team. This role contributes to an effective Finance and Insurance operation and assists in driving increased sales, dealership performance, and customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:Developing & maintaining lasting business relationshipsOffering prospective clients finance, leasing, and insurance facilities to assist in the purchase of vehiclesConsistently contribute to attaining all dealership F&I targetsEnsuring the Dealership's customer records are properly maintained and up to dateSkills & Experience:Exceptional customer-facing service skills and experienceThe ability to self-manage while working within a team structureStrong relationship management skills coupled with a drive to achieve sales targetsFamiliarity with using in-house and on-line computer systemsExperience in a franchised automotive dealership is preferredOur CompanyThe Ingham Group is a privately-owned and operated Multi-Franchise Automotive Group which has grown over four decades to be one of New Zealand's leading automotive businesses.
