The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Business Manager to join our friendly team. 
The role We are a busy dealership, working with a team of Business Managers, the key purpose of this role is to provide our customers with the best Finance and Insurance options for their new Vehicle.You will be able to hit the ground running, using your previous sales experience to find the right solutions.Be able to quickly build and maintain collaborative, long-lasting relationships with the sales team, our lenders and customers.Seek and gain referral business for lending/vehicle purchasing options.Hours are 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturdays.Benefits and perks We are offering you a position with a successful business with great future career potential. Ours is a successful business which is continuing to grow, creating new opportunities every day for our team.Remuneration is made up of a Retainer and uncapped Commission.Company Vehicle will be provided.Subsidised Southern Cross Medical Insurance.Quarterly Social Club events.Staff purchasing benefits - parts, servicing and vehicle sales.Skills and experience Full (Clean) New Zealand Driver's Licence.Previous Lending and Sales experience (with an emphasis on Insurance Sales) is desirable.Knowledge of current lending legislation, Fair Trading, Privacy and AML/CFT Acts would be desirable.The ability to flex, as we deal with a number of lenders.A high degree of accuracy with paperwork and figures is vitally important.High level of administrative ability.Excellent Computer skills.What you will bring to the role A strong ability to multi-task and prioritise what's important - it's all important - so you'll be up for a challenge!Superb verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management.You'll take immense pride in what you do.Be Punctual, Reliable, Enthusiastic, with lots of Energy and be a great team player.Please note, this role is subject to a Criminal Record Check.
