What is HEINEKEN Graduate Program (HGP)?
It is an 18-month talent program designed to develop and provide opportunities for young talents eager to start and grow long-term careers with DB Breweries, part of the HEINEKEN company. The program includes a dynamic 12-month rotation within a specialised function, followed by an immersive 6-month cross-functional experience. For intake 2025, we are hiring for Supply Chain and Finance function.
Graduated or will be eligible to graduate by Jan 2025
Having NZ full-time work eligibility and work mobility across NZ
Having less than 2 years' work experience
Able to work full-time (Mon – Fri, 40hrs per week)
What you will get from program?
In addition to gaining extensive experience and development from our leaders during the 18-month assignment, you will receive feedback on your performance and development plan. At the end of the program, you may have the opportunity to secure a full-time job with DB Breweries, depending on available positions.

A Personal/Motivation Statement, which should be uploaded in the Cover Letter field.
An Academic Transcript or Proof of intent to graduate from university, and Proof of working eligibility. Please merge these two documents together and upload them in the Additional Information field.

The Process and Timeline
Application Window: 12th Aug – 11th Oct 2024
Online Assessment: If shortlisted, you'll be invited to an online assessment between 21st – 23rd Oct 2024 and the Brew the Joy of True Togetherness Connecting Session with our Leader on 24th Oct 2024.
Interview with our team: Successful candidates from the screening process and assessment will be invited for a face-to-face interview with our team.
Confirmation & Job Offer: Selected candidates will be contacted to confirm the offer.
Pre-boarding Meeting: You'll be invited to a pre-onboarding meeting to learn about the company and prepare for your first day.
Onboarding Day: The program tentatively starts on 13th Jan 2025. Please ensure you are available and eligible to work full-time by then.
