In this vital role, you will ensure compliance with payroll regulations, maintain accurate records, and support our financial operations. Your contributions will enhance the overall efficiency of our finance team and ensure our employees are compensated accurately and on time.A Day in the Life Would Look Like:Overseeing all payroll processes for New Zealand while providing support for international payroll through third-party partnerships.Processing and auditing payroll data, resolving any discrepancies, and addressing payroll-related queries promptly.Ensuring timely and accurate processing of creditor invoices, collaborating with the Supply Chain team to resolve any stock purchase issues.Completing daily bank reconciliations for both local and international accounts, maintaining financial accuracy.Reviewing and verifying employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies while preparing reports on expense trends.Actively participating in projects aimed at enhancing financial systems and processes to improve overall operational efficiency.About YouThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll and accounts payable functions, demonstrating a strong understanding of payroll laws and best practices. You will possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
