We are proud of our dynamic work environment and an equally diverse workforce.We are looking for an exceptional Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and partner with our Village and Care division.Our finance team is dedicated to providing support to the business to ensure we continue to perform at a level required by our residents and shareholders. You are guaranteed to be kept on your toes. You will need to use your initiative, be comfortable shifting gear if priorities change, and be tech-savvy. Familiarity with Technology One (our Finance system), TM1, and Power BI would also be a bonus! As a fast-growing organisation, there's always a focus on continuous improvements, and we count on you to help us on this journey.What will your responsibilities be?You will be assisting with the monthly reporting, contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting the business with strategic and financial analysis, modelling, and ad-hoc management accounting services to the organisation through a business partnering model. This role will require you to work with a range of managers across the business, providing both strategic and day-to-day advice that informs decision-making and adds value to our business.Who are we looking for?4+ years' post CA (or equivalent) experience in management accountingExperience in a commercial environmentProven technical ability including advanced Excel skillsA strong understanding of cost accounting principlesExperience in branch reporting or reporting across multiple legal entitiesDashboarding, scorecarding, and budgeting experienceExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial managersSelf-driven and results-orientedWhat's in it for you?You will be working with an enthusiastic and caring team that is fun to be part of.
