We're a company in growth mode, with big plans for the next few years, and you will be right at the heart of it.The RoleThis role reports to the Commercial Manager/Treasurer providing financial analysis and business partnering to the Rockit Apple Grower's Trust (RAGT) representing Rockit growers, as well as our sales and marketing business units. Duties include:· Ownership of accounting and reporting for grower pools including calculation of grower distributions, monthly financial reporting against budget, forecasting and budgeting· Analysis of new products or business change impact for grower payments · Ensure strong financial controls and drive improvements in accounting and reporting systems for grower pools· Analysis and reporting of key sales metrics and data including sales by market, customer and sales channel· Analyse and interpret trends, report and provide insights to support business decision makingSkills You Need· Financial and/or accounting experience in a commercial entity· Sound analytical and reporting experience· A relevant tertiary qualification preferred· Effective communicator able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders · Strengths in IT capability, accuracy, and attention to detail· Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced and changeable environment· Commercial acumen Benefits· Competitive pay rates· Health Insurance· Our company is small enough to get to know the team· Opportunities to progress in a rapidly growing businessRockit is an apple company with a difference and we're looking for uniquely awesome people to work, live, laugh and do all sorts of different with us.
