Our client is a key provider in the not-for-profit and aged care space. In this busy role, you will sit across a range of administration tasks and provide day-to-day support to ensure a seamless, professional and top-level service is offered to all residents and staff. You will be the welcoming face at reception for all phone and walk-in visitors and this will see you manage all incoming enquiries, from which you will initiate and distribute to the appropriate staff and ensure all the administration associated with that request is completed in full and on time. The stretch of your responsibilities will have you preparing formal documentation and undertaking systems set up, supporting the staff rostering processes, arranging appointments, taking meeting minutes, supporting with tours of the facility and assisting with the orientation for new residents and their families, ensuring maintenance and facilities requests are logged and attended to, assisting with a range of projects, through to helping the wider teams and responding to enquiries as needed. This is a rewarding role where nothing will be a problem for you to lend your hand to. We are looking for someone with a strong background in administration and exceptional customer service skills. It will be necessary that you have good attention to detail, superb communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and engage well and with empathy with both internal and external customers. A down-to-earth relatable style, and the maturity to engage well with all walks of life will be essential. Competency in using Microsoft Office is a must, particularly Word and Excel.
