Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting)The OpportunityExciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner Manager to join a leading organisation on a fixed-term contract, providing job security to mid-2025, completing interesting, high-impact work.This role offers the chance to lead a national team of Finance Partners and drive better decision-making across the organisation, utilising a mixture of financial and operational information. As a business that values its staff and customers, they are committed to ensuring that they provide an inclusive and supportive workplace for staff and supporting ongoing career development.The RoleOversee the organisational budget and forecasting process, ensuring information is robust and accurateLead and support the development of business cases and RFPs, review proposals and support the successful delivery of servicesReview and look to enhance the reporting processes to enable better-informed decision-making by managers, whilst also providing efficiencies for those inputting informationAct as a key partner to the executive management team, providing commercial guidance and support to enhance operational outcomesYour ProfileProven experience in a partnering, financial planning, analysis, or insights role as part of a multi-site organisationStrong leadership skills with the ability to take charge of a nationally spread team, and dispersed executive teamExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with the ability to influence decisionsExperience in the development and presentation of business cases, and ideally experience leading proposal processes and undertaking reviewsA strategic mindset with a focus on driving operational success through data-driven decisionsBe happy to commit to some domestic travel as requiredHold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand and ideally be looking to start a new role in January 2025For a confidential discussion about this role, please contact Christopher Cluse on 022 0717 812 or Tom Askham 021 390 689 or apply via the link below.
