You are guaranteed to be kept on your toes. You will need to use your initiative, be comfortable shifting gear if priorities change, and be tech savvy; familiarity with Technology One (our Finance system) and Power BI would also be a bonus! As a fast-growing organisation, there's always a focus on continuous improvements and we count on you to help us on this journey.What will your responsibilities be?Build and maintain partnerships with senior managers within the Construction and Design/Development business organisations to promote strong financial management disciplines and analysis.Review, analyse and critique feasibility models, including regular reporting and control budgets.Undertake benchmarking and performance measurement activities as required.Help build financial capability within the business by challenging the status quo, reviewing assumptions and cost drivers, and recommending viable alternatives.Contribute to medium and long-term business plans.Assisting with the monthly reporting, contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.Ensure consistency and accuracy of information and monitor outcomes.Provide management accounting services to the Construction and Property organisations through a business partnering model.Ad-hoc support to the Acting Business Performance Manager where required.Qualifications:Who are we looking for?CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.3 - 4 years' post CA (or equivalent) Senior MA or FBP experience.Experience in building and reviewing business cases/feasibilities.Experience in a Commercial environment.Proven technical ability including advanced Excel skills.A basic understanding of cost accounting principles.Dashboarding, scorecarding and budgeting experience.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial managers.Self-driven and results orientated.Additional Information:Our purpose is to bring the best of life to our residents.
