Finance Business Partner

Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting) Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.
This role is essential in supporting strategy through expert financial insights and collaboration with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Production of monthly and quarterly financial and management reports for all business units Manage cashflow forecasting and tracking of all expenses, liabilities, and projected costs Managing of the finance function Ensuring compliance and procedures are followed Achieving effective controls to ensure that risks/opportunities are accurately reported Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and proven leadership experience in managing teams.
Strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement are essential to support business performance and decision-making.
Skills and Experience: Experience working in a commercial environment blended with previous experience working in one of the Big 4, or this may be your first move from the Big 4 after 5 years+ Tertiary degree and CA qualified Sound communication skills – you will have the ability to talk your numbers through with non-financial people Please note that all applications are reviewed but only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
