Responsibilities include leading forecasting, budgeting, and quarterly reviews, conducting financial analyses on revenue, costs, and headcount, and providing valuable reporting and insights. You'll act as a business partner to executives, helping optimize performance and understand risks and opportunities. Additional tasks include contributing to commercial development, evaluating cost-benefit scenarios for major decisions, and driving improvements in financial reporting and systems. You'll also collaborate on working capital management and compliance while coaching junior finance team members.
