This role will work closely with cross functional teams, helping to translate financial data into action.If you have strong financial acumen, good communication skills, and are passionate about partnering with the business, then this is the position for you!The key responsibilities of this role will be:Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, collaborating with different departments to provide financial insights and drive performance.Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support key business decisions.Accuracy of Monthly Results: Ensure month end results are captured and reported accurately, sales and costs are reported in the correct period and costs are split accurately across departments and the integrity of our balance sheet is maintained.Budgeting & Forecasting: Execute and drive the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Cost Control: Monitor and analyse business costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Help to develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, pricing and sales proposals.Drive improved performance through optimising the financial reporting, analysis and forecasting processes.About youWe're on the hunt for a detail-oriented, results-driven finance professional with over 5 years of experience in financial reporting, forecasting and analysis.
If you're commercially savvy and a strong communicator, we'd love for you to help enhance financial reporting and business insights across our reporting and planning processes.To nail this role, you'll need:Proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data-driven analysis and developing financial models that support business objectives.Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.Strong data analysis skillset, ideally holding experience with data tools such as Power BI.Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.Highly skilled in forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.Who doesn't love a perk!Drink as much free coffee as you like at work.
