Finance Business Partner - Fixed Term ContractThis key corporate organisation works hard to provide its staff with quality business partnership that adds value and enhances the work they do. Due to a secondment of one of the existing Finance Business Partners to another part of the business, a contract role has become available to start asap and run for the next 9 months minimum.The Finance Business Partner will build a strong partnership with their designated business units, providing financial support and advice and helping to ensure projects have a successful and profitable outcome. You will use your financial analysis and management accounting skills to enable your team to develop their own commercial acumen and mentor them to enhance business performance.This position will provide specific advice around budgeting and forecasting, and reporting for business units. As such you will need strong technical management accounting skills as well as the ability to build rapport with the teams you are supporting. You will also need to provide analysis and commentary in a way non-financial people can relate to.As well as the technical aspect of the role, you will be a strong communicator who can influence and persuade your team where necessary and with the confidence to back yourself and your recommendations.Minimum Requirements:Solid background in relevant senior management accounting and/or business partnering positions within large corporate businesses.Solid technical management accounting knowledge.Strong Excel skills.Well organized with a solutions focus to resolving problems.To make confidential enquiries please email Kerri.
