About you Engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service throughout the car buying process.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our stock, highlighting features and benefits to match customers' preferences.Utilize effective sales techniques to promote vehicles, ensuring monthly sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.Offer finance and insurance products when appropriate, providing customers with comprehensive options and facilitating the purchasing process.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.Collaborate closely with the team to exchange best practices, support one another, and collectively achieve team goals.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the market.To be successful in this position, our ideal candidate will have: Used car dealership experience is a mustStrong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse customers.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, supporting colleagues and fostering a positive work atmosphere.Knowledge of finance and insurance products associated with car sales is advantageous.A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.We are a 7 day business so the ability to work weekends and public holidays advantageous.
