Job Description: We currently have an amazing opportunity to join our successful, hardworking, but down-to-earth Strategy Team as a Financial Analyst . You will be responsible for providing support within the finance team and wider business to ensure accurate data analysis, reporting and modelling at Summerset. The role's key responsibilities: Assisting with occupation right sales pricing analysis, including drafting pricing papers and ensuring these are accurately entered and updated within business systems. Managing and maintaining our competitor database and residential market pricing databases, including answering queries. Providing updates to financial modelling and assisting with new analysis as required. Providing assistance with preparation of relevant data for monthly reports including bank drawdowns, consensus earnings and the monthly Finance Report. Providing solutions for improvement opportunities and advice across the business as needed. Qualifications: Who we are looking for? 3+ years of previous experience (finance, accounting, auditing…). Previous financial modelling, analysis, interpretation and business reporting skills would be an advantage but not a requirement. Ability to identify opportunities for data to enhance business decisions, and manipulate data to provide value. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
