In this role, you are to act as the key point of contact for the Client media teams and the point of liaison with Lion Resources, ensuring timely accurate delivery of information.ResponsibilitiesPEOPLEProvide timesheet reports to GBD/BD's as requiredEnsure media teams timesheets are completed in a timely mannerInitial coding of Supplier invoices in APC for Finance Manager reviewCollating all information for vendor set upsLook for improvements to processes and ways of working to increase efficienciesLead and contribute to a great office culture by being positive and curiousActively invest in our Spark Foundry culture by adding a sense of fun to our everydayAssist FD/FM with other tasks as requiredOUR EXTERNAL CLIENTSProvide timely information to client media teams that they can deliver to clientsEnsure client invoicing requirements and deadlines are metVarious client's accrual sheet preparationAssist with client proforma review to ensure correct fees appliedOUR INTERNAL CLIENTSPoint of liaison between Lion Resources MAP team and Agency Media Team to ensure timely resolution of media queriesLiaise with APC team regarding Trade Invoicing loading issuesLiaise with billing team to ensure billing is actioned in a timely mannerFMC data collation with Resources GL teamBEHAVIOURSProvide accurate timely information to all external and internal business partnersImprove and focus on efficiencies to deliver improved profitabilityHave a thirst for knowledge and be keen to develop and growABOUT YOUNo previous experience required but must have excellent numeracy skillsAttention to detail and accuracy essentialTrust and integrity paramountAbility to prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance is undertaken to a high standard and meets deadlinesBe a quick learnerPossess good Excel skillsEnsure compliance with JanusActively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all personnelThe ability to adapt to changes in workflowsExcellent organisational skillsNot afraid to challenge the status quoWHAT DOES LIFE AT SPARK FOUNDRY LOOK LIKE?We offer progressive flexible working options to everyone at all levels.
