You will be reporting directly to the Finance & Administration Manager and working alongside a tight-knit team.Some of your main responsibilities will include:Consolidate all branch listing reports and distribute to the head office and operations.Ensure correct allocation of the branch for all vendor paid marketing invoices.Ensure aged debtors are reconciled in a timely manner, marketing support over 90 days is invoiced to agents, and all queries are attended to.Receipting renting payments – trust accounts.Coding, approving and paying creditor invoices.Invoicing to tenants and owners.Disbursing rent surplus to owners.End-of-month reports and reconciliations.Support for the audit process.Assisting with sales and marketing administration.This is a varied role so you must be someone who is comfortable with an ever-changing environment!Who Are You and What Is Your Profile?You will hold a recent Degree in Accounting.Ability to identify, prioritise and remediate issues in a timely manner.You will ideally have knowledge and experience with Xero Accounting Software and be strong with Excel.You will also have strong problem-solving skills, impeccable communication, attention to detail and the ability to develop relationships.This role is handled by Chancy Jamieson at Consult, please click the link below to apply as it helps us manage applications.
