Finance Administrator

One of our team is heading off to travel overseas, so we are now looking for a financial admin superstar to join us!
Key tasks & responsibilities
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations and processing
Monthly management financial reporting
Manage insurance renewals and assist with any claims
GST returns
Qualifications & experience
Previous experience in similar roles
Experience using financial accounting software - Xero is preferred
Minimum of intermediate Excel skills
Strong numerical skills
Attention to detail and well organised
Positive and solution focused attitude with a willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Hours of work: full time, 5 days per week
