For more info visit About the roleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our TRAK Group finance team.
The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with financial regulations, and efficient processing of financial transactions.
This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Pronto or Aroflo preferred.
This is a full-time permanent position, based at the Trak office in Penrose.
This is an office-based roles, Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM.
You will be part of a Finance team of 10 people, the team is based in both Australia and New Zealand.
You will be working closely with two colleagues also based at the Penrose office.
Duties and Responsibilities Accounts Payables -Process Suppliers Invoices and payments including Infringement and Fines and maintain all records.
Process month-end inter-companies' payments/journals.
Reconcile supplier statements.Accounts Receivables - Maintain customers record and process monthly recurring invoices, invoice jobs and maintain retentions ledger.Balance sheets - Intercompany transactions, Clear/Reconcile all suspense accounts, Reconciliation.
Timesheets - Weekly upload jobs in Payroll, data entriesAdministration and Reporting - Financial Reports monthly updates, Incoming/Outgoing mails & deliveries and ordering Office supplies.
Skills and experienceProven work experience as a Finance & Administration Support, Finance Assistant, Finance Administrator or similar role.Hands-on experience with accounting software, pronto experience an added advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.Time-management and organization skills.Must have valid work rights in New Zealand, and the ability to obtain a police clearance.
