We have an exciting opportunity for a talented financially savvy person to join our team. Given the size and nature of the business, this newly created role will be varied and flexible and covers the full spectrum of financial responsibilities. Reporting to our Finance and Company Administration Manager, you will be a key business resource for the 35+ team and play a critical role in the financial success of our organisation by providing accurate and efficient commercial and financial control which drives business performance, ensuring budgets are monitored, and identifying further opportunities for growth.
You'll have:
At least 5 years in a commercial business environment with a strong financial background
Strong commercial awareness; financial control, knowledge of statutory obligations and payroll, accounts payable and receivable processing, financial reporting and asset management
Proficiency with relevant software e.g. MYOB Advanced, or other accounting, ERP or CRM software
Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail and love ticking things off your to-do list
A can-do, supportive attitude where company success is the priority
