About the role: The Field Service Representative will be part of the business wide terminal migration project based in Tauranga and Rotorua. You will be working from home and also out on the road. The role involves Delivering on site technical support including installation of payment hardware, providing training of our solutions and general servicing to EFTPOS NZ customers.
Hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities Include: Daily installations of EFTPOS New Zealand solutionsProvide onsite technical supportProvide onsite training and service for ENZ productsResolve any issues or questions with jobs promptly by working with the team and wider businessComplete all administrative tasks in a timely manner including, near real time updates of job status into the business systems and stock managementComplete all assigned job requests within agreed service levelsUnderstand and maintain knowledge of Verifone product and servicesRole Requirements: Experience with technical knowledge in IT or Payments IndustryCustomer focused and are able to multi taskHigh level of problem solvingStrong communication skills in interpersonal and writtenAble to work independently and as a teamHappy to travel and stay over night when requiredLook for sales lead opportunitiesIf you feel you are a good fit for this role, apply now!
