You will lead and grow your team, providing field support as and where required. Your team will cover Electronic Monitoring Field Officer and Patrol roles. You will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the community serving a non-custodial sentence. You and your team will attend to locations such as courts, prisons, and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call outs. They will be the first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activations, and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly.
