Field Service ManagerAucklandPermanent RoleOur client is a highly successful business with strong ties into commercial construction. Key to this role, will be the understanding of the scaffolding industry. Due to current business growth, there is a need for a Field Services Manager with strong people leadership, to join the business.In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the delivery teams, compliance, stock and inventory management, acting as the link between the teams out in the field and the General Manager. You will have 6 direct reports who each manage a small team of 3.Core responsibilities include:Job scheduling and allocating resourcesSite visits and client managementEnsuring jobs are completed to specifications and budgetEnsuring Health and Safety requirements are metManaging stock and suppliesWorking closely with the General Manager, you will support the company culture, efficiency of operations and drive ownership and responsibility across the teams.To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have an understanding of general construction, scaffolding, maintenance, etc and have managed teams of individuals, whilst scheduling jobs and assignments.Key skills and experience:Strong customer service and client engagementStrong Microsoft suite experience (Excel, Word and Outlook)Organisation and the ability to multitaskScaffolding experienceBenefits:Growing companyCompany carOn site parkingAs this role is in the field of construction services, it is essential you are able to pass a drug and police background check.Are you keen to discuss this further, please email Chris Emery on: ****** No: 129045Hi I'm Carren, I manage this role.
