Field Sales Strategic Analyst

As our Field Sales Strategic Analyst (FSSA) you will manage multiple sources of data to improve the performance of our Off-Premise Field Sales team.
The role is responsible for managing our systems, creating actionable insights, publishing reports and and leading ad hoc analysis projects.
The role is also responsible for capacity planning to ensure we maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our field sales resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: You will be the New Zealand key user of sales systems, apps, and tools and the Red Bull HQ single point of contact for the data and systems team.
You will also own and maintain Red Bull applications used by the field team, acting as the primary support for resolving any bugs or issues.
You will lead the implementation and maintenance of the field team's quarterly KPI structure, connected to individual A's & T's and strategic business goals.
You will also evaluate the performance of field sales representatives by analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas of opportunity.
You will maintain quarterly plans through the Field Sales Coverage Tool.
You will also collaborate with Account Managers to collate and clarify requests for regular or ad hoc field execution.
You will collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
You will also utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for the field sales team and management.
You will maintain a monthly Distributor Data Matrix to measure data receipt from distributors.
You will also facilitate data formatting as required by Depletions CRM data formats.
You will facilitate the creation and execution of initiatives with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will also liaise with merchandising and POS management providers on the delivery of day-to-day projects, as well as key activations and initiatives.
EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Ability to interpret data, collate relevant information and present in a meaningful report.
Adaptable to new environments and learns new skills quickly.
Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in data and translates them into meaningful sales/ productivity initiatives.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
Ability to manage a varied and complex agenda daily and deliver against tight deadlines.
Travel 0-10%
