Field Sales Executive /Logistics/

Manage and develop the assigned Field sales territory in order to maintain and grow the Company market leadership position. Achieve individual sales targets while meeting key customer needs. Lead and be responsible for the growth and development of a portfolio of prospects and existing customers through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customers' needs are recognized and met. Establish customer agreements and ensure that pricing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met. Ensure that customer prices are reviewed on a regular basis and whenever any discrepancy arises between actual and promised volumes, a re-negotiation takes place. Develop and implement an approach to secure competitors and prospects business. Establish Prospects pipeline to support this approach and target them accordingly. Exploit all new opportunities from existing and potential customers (prospects) ensuring maximum penetration of the Company in assigned territory. Monitor customer performance, loyalty, and satisfaction to measure success, business fluctuation, and possible business at risk. Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer. Promote the brand image and values through own appearance and behavior so that it reflects the Company's high standards and develops customers' relationship. Own and apply the Company's sales method, understand the customer's situational knowledge, and share insights.Skills required: Your aptitude to handle customers with personal care and empathy and putting the customer at the center of every decision. Your ability to view opportunities from the customer's perspective and influence decisions. Your willingness to build and manage strong relationships & partnerships. Your cross-Border Thinking capabilities. Your capability to adapt to a changing environment and handling multiple priorities. Your powerful communicator skills. Your courage in bringing forward ideas and innovative in approach. Your readiness to always grow and learn.Your profile: 2 years of Corporate Sales experience with a high level of general administration, reporting, and computer literacy. Corporate background and ability to understand corporate KPIs. Have demonstrated a high level of administration, reporting, and computer literacy. Logistics background will be a great advantage. Bright and bubbly personality! Be able to travel domestically when required. Must have a full and current driver's License. A post-graduate qualification would be an advantage.
