As a business, we are in an exciting growth phase. Thus, we are seeking a Field Parts Operations Manager to join our team and support our Northern Branches from Waipapa to Cambridge. If you have prior experience as a Parts Manager or Parts and Service Customer Support Manager and want to take that next step, we want to hear from you! About the Role: This role will be based at one of our central locations and involves executing customer support strategies to enhance parts operations and profitability, overseeing branch operations, and developing performance improvement plans. You will assist in succession planning for store roles, conduct monthly financial reviews, and ensure compliance with audit criteria while promoting 5S and Lean principles. Key Responsibilities:

Implement and oversee customer support business strategies for parts operations.
Guide stores in succession planning and key role development.
Conduct monthly financial reviews to identify performance areas.
Analyse market potential for the east parts departments.
Ensure compliance with dealer audit criteria and follow up on action items.
Collaborate with CSA managers for consistent store support and implement Lean principles.



About you: You are a dedicated parts manager or CSM with a strong background in the heavy machinery industry. Your expertise allows you to support customer needs and drive operational success effectively.

Proven knowledge of heavy machinery dealer practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in business development.
Proven leadership skills.
Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Customer Support Manager is considered an asset.
