The Role:
They are currently seeking an upbeat, motivated Administrator to provide support for their growing field-based team.
In this role, you will be undertaking a range of administrative support work, including data entry, updating client details, performing credit checks, skip tracing, working with various Excel spreadsheets, route planning, booking flights and accommodation, loading direct debits, supporting the team in the field with necessary information, recording notes against clients in the system, and a range of other administrative tasks.
This role is a busy administrative support position that will require an organized, switched-on administrator who is process-driven and has a sharp eye for detail.
The Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday - Start any time between 8 am and 10:30 am Plus, overtime if you want to boost your earnings. About You: Enjoys administration work and has some experience in an admin role. Has speedy, accurate administration/processing skills. Has confident systems experience. Is confident using MS Word, Outlook, and must have confident Excel skills for spreadsheeting. Will be okay with repetitive tasks. Strong self-motivation. RESULTS ORIENTED. Proactive! Hardworking and keen to grow within the company. Social at the right times. Focused at the right times. Strong communication skills. Great on the phones/RT. Will enjoy a bit of banter with the field team. Reliable and able to work the hours mentioned above. Enjoys a fast-paced role.
