Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Salary: $22.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Environment: Dusty, noisy, outdoors. Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Organize to accomplish the work.

Oversee the activities of clearing the fields.

Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.

Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.

Maintain quality control and production records.

Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.

Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Perform general farm duties.

Supervise a team of 16-20 people.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, large workload.
