Tuaropaki Trust was born from the unity of 279 Maori landowners in 1952. The original owners of the Tuaropaki whenua believed that they could achieve more by working together. They amalgamated their family lands under an overarching vision to develop the land to provide opportunities for our whanau.
Today, Tuaropaki Trust is an Ahu Whenua Trust under the auspices of Te Ture Whenua Maori. There are more than 2,700 Owners, a mix of individuals, Whanau Trusts and Kaitiaki Trusts, all descended from the original Owners. The Trust is a kaitiaki for ancestral taonga and manages complex business interests in the food and energy sectors, with assets valued at around $1 billion. The Trust also has investments in North America.

The Farm Manager – Dairy's specific responsibilities are to drive excellence across: OperationalHealth, safety and environmentalProvide leadership and mentoring to reports, fostering a collaborative, positive and innovative work environment. Ensure interactions with owners are credible, consistent and based on core Trust values.
