Tuaropaki Trust was born from the unity of 279 Maori landowners in 1952. The original owners believed that they could achieve more by working together, amalgamating their family lands under an overarching vision to develop the land to provide opportunities for our whanau.
Today, Tuaropaki Trust is an Ahu Whenua Trust under the auspices of Te Ture Whenua Maori, managing complex business interests in the food and energy sectors, with assets valued at around $1 billion.

Production and stock management
Health & Safety
Financial and Asset management

What You'll Need To Be Successful:
Recognised industry qualification.
Substantial experience in leading teams and dairy operations.
Experience managing a budget and reports.
Sound business acumen, with proven experience developing and delivering plans and processes aligned to organisational priorities.
A track record of making quality decisions within your area of responsibility.
Proven ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, navigate issues, and solve problems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and leverage relationships across the industry.
