Seeking applications for a motivated professional to work in our vibrant administrative team based in the Faculty of Environment, Society and Design.The primary focus of this role will be to provide support to the administrative functions, of which will include:Administrative aspects of external research administration, including budgets, invoicing, and purchase orders.Generate research financial reports, journals, and monitor project timelines and payments.Handle postgraduate scholarships, casual employment, and contracts for research services.Respond to faculty queries, manage resource allocation, and support internal funding and financial processes.Provide admin support for committees, meetings, and assist with financial and faculty-wide tasks.Coordinate faculty functions, events, and serve as the faculty liaison with other university departments.This is a permanent part-time role working 18.75 hours per week (0.5 FTE) based at our Lincoln Campus.
