You will also lead and manage our administration team, contributing to strategic plans and initiatives that drive our Faculty forward.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the administration team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and systems.Administer financial documentation, analyse financial data, and ensure compliance with policies.Collaborate on strategic planning and contribute to the Faculty's goals.Uphold and promote the values, tikanga, and kawa of mana whenua, Ngai Tuahuriri, while valuing te reo Maori.We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Administration Manager, with significant administration and people management experience.What We're Looking For:A minimum of 9 years' relevant experience, with 3-5 years in a tertiary education environment preferred.Proven staff management skills and experience leading diverse teams.Strong planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with administrative systems.Ability to apply initiative and innovation in a dynamic work setting.Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds.Confidence and competence in te reo Maori me ona tikanga is an advantage.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our Faculty.
