Role Overview: As the Facility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aged care village and residential services. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of care and service delivery. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement within our facility.
