Moerewa Blue Lagoon Four Square, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the Best and highest quality products and a best shopping experience that exceeds their expectations."Only the best is good enough".As our Chilled/Frozen Manager, you play a key role in bringing this vision to life in our store.Key responsibilities are:Ensure operational delivery standards are met or exceeded through sufficient stock level and department merchandising.Ensure sales, growth and profit targets for the department are met or exceeded.Lead the planning, organization, and operation of the produce department, ensuring an abundant and visually appealing selection of best products for our customers.Ensure department range matches format and customer service requirements.Train, mentor, and motivate a team of produce associates to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our standard of quality and cleanliness.Collaborate with store management and other department heads to create a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for our customers.
