This role requires effective leadership and management to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
Key Responsibilities: Provide dynamic leadership, Ensure adherence to all regulations, policies, and administrative procedures.
Maintain the highest standards of care and support for residents.
Formulate and monitor operating budgets for the facilities.
Oversee facility maintenance and liaise with external contractors.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational performance.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in care home management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Budget management experience is essential.
Ability to build effective working relationships with external stakeholders.
