The Facilities Manager is responsible coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance and delivery of all projects for the clients property at Princes WharfIn this role you will be responsible for organising staff, trades and subcontractors to complete work which meet the client standard. At times you will be required to complete building inspection of structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. A key part of the role will include project delivery, which may include minor works through to capex programs, including construction, renovations of the property portfolio. Manage employees and subcontractors through effective leadership and communication;Ensure that WHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders;Assist with the creation of annual budgetsConduct periodic inspections of services of the delivery of services to the tenant in line with contractual obligations.Provide reports, documentation, quotes and correspondence to a high professional standardDemonstrate leadership and direction in regard to the health and safety of our staff ensuring safe work practices providing training, direction and equipment.Coordinate and schedule trade personnel to meet the Project Management requirements of customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.Relationship management in order to build client satisfaction and ensure an ongoing pipeline of workPrepare Client reporting as required.Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practicesIdentify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, sponsors and stakeholdersDeliver appropriate and effective executive level communicationContinue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practicesExtensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniquesProviding on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
