Facilities Administrator

As the Facilities Administrator reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, this role will provide essential daily administrative support to our team of Facilities Managers, better enabling them to deliver professional Facilities Management to all commercial properties managed by Oyster Management Limited across New Zealand.
This varied, busy role will also involve working closely with Oyster's Property Managers, tenants, landlords and contractors, delivering exceptional database and finance management.
You will be responsible for managing our contractor Health, Safety and Sustainability compliance and general facilities administration such as managing the team's inbox and team's calendar.

The right person for this role will be passionate about property and ideally experienced providing facilities administration.
We would also consider a Property graduate who is keen to build a career in Facilities Management.
You must be able to build strong relationships with all the stakeholders that the role supports and deals with, providing a positive customer service experience through every interaction.
Having high attention to detail, the ability to upward manage, good process follow-through and good MS Office Skills will also be essential.
