We are seeking two passionate Facilitators to support and enhance the continuous growth and development of kaiako/lecturers in their pedagogical settings. This role involves conducting needs assessments, facilitating good AKO practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
To undertake this role, candidates will have:
A relevant adult teaching qualification at a post graduate level.Teaching experience in the wananga and/or tertiary education sectors.Previous experience facilitating the implementation of educational practice with a tauira-centric engagement model at the core.Experience working with diverse tauira profile settings.Knowledge of course development and the quality management of programme delivery from Level 1 to Doctorate level.A full clean driver's licence.Knowledge of Tikanga Maori and its application in educational settings will be required and Te Reo Maori fluency is preferred.
