Fabricator/Welder

We are looking for a Full-time Fabricator/Welder with multiple skills to join a well-established company in engineering services in New Plymouth.ResponsibilitiesAbility to weld to AS/NZ 1554.1 or AS/NZ 2980 standards (Do not have to have certificates).Fabrication ability of simple fabrication work with and without drawings.Basic fitting work, hand and power tool operation.DIY skills to include fencing, concreting.RequirementsPositive attitude.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Reliable and prepared to work overtime.Forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential.Class 4 Truck Licence (Hiab experience would be an advantage but not essential).Relevant welding skills to AS/NZ 1554.1 or AS/NZ 2980 standards (Do not have to have certificates).Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.We offer a competitive hourly rate, long-term potential work with advancement, and a team that cares about you and your future.To apply for this role, you must be a New Zealand Citizen.Apply online for this role or contact Celina Bowles for more information.
