F&B Team Leader

About the role:As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the Food & Beverage team to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction across all Skyline Food & Beverage Outlets. We're looking for a positive, self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills to join our team on a permanent basis. Flexible with working hours is important as this role requires rostered shifts primarily on weekends, school holidays & public holidays.The perfect candidate will bring/be: 1+ years supervisory experience, a friendly and conscientiousness attitude, the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative, an encouraging leadership style to contribute towards a positive team culture, good work ethic and ability to build rapport with a diverse team of people.
